Houstonians and visitors know that award-winning Chef Mark Cox's New American Cuisine will delight their every sense. Chef Mark prepares four menus for patrons: Seasonal Menus reflect the staples of fresh and "in season" ingredients. Recommended Menus suggest the Chef's personal choices (changed twice a day). Verbal Menus change multiple times during each day to showcase items that have just arrived or finished preparation. These items are traditionally the best and freshest ingredients the world has to offer. Some historic items included Kobe Beef Osso Bucco, Copper River Salmon, FRESH Alaskan King Crab Legs and Spiney Lobster Tails. |
