Sous Chef, Alejandro Rodriguez
Alejandro was born in Cancun, Mexico.  Introduced to cooking by his older brother, he has been at Mark’s for ten years, joining Chef Cox one month after the opening of the restaurant.  His ultimate aspiration is to open his own restaurant where he will serve food from his native region and hone his skills for his passion as a saucier.
